Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please respect my time and other clients by providing at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a 30% cancellation fee.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment before booking future appointments.
Clients who do not show up to their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a 30% no-show fee
After multiple no-shows, future appointments may be declined.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the schedule for the day.
